PillBox is a companion program for Digg. Making use of Digg's API, PillBox provides users the means to track the stories that diggers are actively interested in. PillBox tracks the 30 latest popular stories and shows their diggs as they're occurring. Each minute, PillBox assesses the popularity of the stories it's tracking and updates the list to reflect what diggers are checking out right this second. The result is an accurate representation of what the Digg community is reading and talking about right this moment. The program comes with several features, including: bookmarking articles, color preferences, skinnable layouts, saving and loading your bookmarks and preferences, and e-mailing bookmarks to friends. PillBox is available both as a Flash application and as a downloadable desktop application created with Adobe AIR. To launch PillBox, go to PillBoxOnline.com or click on the image. Created with ActionScript 3.0 and Adobe AIR. |
